Amine began his career at Bloomberg in London on the Quantitative Analytics desk, advising investment bank structuring teams and hedge funds on the modelling and pricing of complex derivative instruments. He subsequently joined a principal investment firm specialising in PIPE transactions, where he played a key role in scaling the platform into a leading European player. Appointed Chief Executive Officer in 2021, he led the execution of more than 50 PIPE transactions with aggregate deal volumes exceeding $1 billion. He is the Managing Partner and Chief Investment Officer of Gamma 1 Capital Partners, a principal investment firm focused on structured investments in publicly listed companies.
